This includes any liability or expense arising from all claims, losses, damages (actual and/or consequential), suits, judgments, litigation costs, and attorneys’ fees, of every kind and nature.
• DISPUTE RESOLUTION
  These Terms and Conditions and all transactions entered into through Lavanya Reiki Rays Centre shall be governed in accordance with the laws of India without reference to conflict of laws principles.

•  All disputes, differences, or questions concerning or connected with these Terms and Conditions, any agreements, services availed, or transactions entered into through Lavanya Reiki Rays Centre (“Dispute”) shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith consultation, which shall begin promptly after a Party has delivered to the other Party a written request for such consultation.
• If the Parties are unable to resolve the Dispute within 30 days of commencement of consultation proceedings, the dispute shall be submitted to and settled by arbitration in accordance with the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat of arbitration shall be Ahmedabad, India. The language used in the arbitral proceedings shall be English, and all awards shall be made in the English language.
• The Parties shall mutually agree to choose one (1) person as the sole arbitrator. If no mutual agreement is reached within 30 days, the arbitrator shall be appointed per the terms of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
• The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on the Parties, and judgment may be entered upon it in a court of competent jurisdiction. The award may include an award of costs, including reasonable attorney’s fees and disbursements.
• During arbitration proceedings and until an award is granted, both Parties shall continue to perform their obligations under this Agreement unless a stay of such obligations is granted under the arbitration proceedings or by a court of competent jurisdiction.
• Any service of process or notice related to any claim, action, or proceeding under this Agreement shall be effective if given as provided herein.

• GENERAL TERMS
• Entire Agreement/Severability
  These Terms of Service, together with any additional agreements, Privacy Policy, or amendments you may enter into with Lavanya Reiki Rays Centre, constitute the entire agreement between you and Lavanya Reiki Rays Centre. If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in full force and effect.
• No Waiver
  No waiver of any term of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term, and Lavanya Reiki Rays Centre’s failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
