Refund and Return Policy

Non-Returnable Items:

·         Items categorized under specific product categories like crystals are non-returnable.

Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements:

·         Refunds or replacements will only be processed for items that are damaged during transit, out of stock, or incorrectly received.

·         Any refund/exchange requests must be made within 7 days of the product’s delivery.

·         For issues related to wrong items or manufacturing defects, the request must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Processing Time:

·         Approved refunds will be processed within 15 days and credited within 15-30 working days.

·         For prepaid orders made via Credit Card, Debit Card, or Net Banking, the refunded amount will be credited back to the original account within 10-15 working days.

·         For COD orders, account details will be requested to initiate the refund. Transaction and shipping charges will be deducted.

Non-Eligible Returns/Exchanges:

·         We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:

o    Simply disliking the product.

o    Minor flaws.

o    Issues with packaging.

o    Slight color differences.

o    Size variations.

o    Customized items and items sold under Special Sale/Festival Sale are not eligible for return/exchange.

Return Process:

·         Customers must send the goods back to us at their own expense in the original condition with all tags, goodies, and cards intact.

·         Once we receive the goods, we will process the exchange or refund.

·         We do not provide a reverse pickup facility; hence, the customer is required to send the goods back at their own expense.

Important Points:

·         If the item(s) received are not as desired, the refund/exchange policy will stand null and void.

·         Only one exchange is allowed per order.

·         No return/refund on exchanged products.

Cancellation Policy:

·         We do not facilitate cancellations for products once placed.

·         However, you can make an addition to your current order or exchange the product with an item of the same value until it is under pending pickup.

Fraud Prevention:

·         We do not request or send any communication via email, WhatsApp, or telephone seeking payments for any prize money.

·         Any such communication is a scam.

·         Do not share confidential information like bank account or credit card details.

Missing or Broken Items:

·         Please take a video of unboxing to help us address any issues regarding missing or broken items.

·         Claims without an unboxing video will not be eligible for refunds or replacements.

·         Lost or Damaged Orders in Transit:

·         If your order is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, contact us within 24 hours to resolve the issue with our delivery partners.

·         We are not liable for any loss or damage during transit.
