We currently ship our products across India. International shipping is not available at this time. However, our online services, including
Reiki Healing, Numerology, Remedial Astrology, Vaastu Consultancy, Tarot Reading, and Aura Scanning are accessible worldwide.
- Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2-5 business days from the date of purchase.Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Custom or personalized items may require additional processing time, which will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.
- Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We offer standard and express shipping options via trusted courier partners. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days (depending on location)
Express Shipping: 2-5 business days
Remote or rural areas may experience longer shipping times.

- Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments
We take utmost care in packaging and shipping; however, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear
opening photos and videos of the damaged item and packaging.

- Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of our products, returns and exchanges are not accepted unless the product is damaged or defective upon arrival as per point number 6.
Refunds or replacements will be processed only for products that meet our eligibility criteria.
